I loved working on this painting. All those little shapes at first were just patches of color and eventually mimicked a village.
I used a photo for reference. I've never been to Greece but it's a place my husband and I wish to visit someday.
scenes like these are one of the most fun to paint!
I think it is the village Assos in Cephalonia... Very nice painting!!!
